These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Social Pilot, a self-hosted social media operating tool, and the related website. By using Social Pilot you agree to these Terms.
Social Pilot lets you manage your own social media accounts (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, Bluesky): draft and schedule content, monitor performance, and manage community interactions. The service is deployed as a dedicated instance for each customer on their own infrastructure.
Social Pilot is designed so that a human reviews and approves content before it is published. You remain responsible for everything published through your accounts.
You retain all rights to the content you create and publish. You grant Social Pilot a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service (storing, displaying and publishing it on your behalf).
You agree not to use Social Pilot to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content, or to circumvent any platform's rules, rate limits or review requirements.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Social Pilot does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, or that a third-party platform will accept or display your content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Pilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for content removed or accounts suspended by third-party platforms as a result of your use of the service.
You may stop using the service at any time and disconnect your social accounts. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
